2017 Environmental Public Health Tracking Virtual Conference

The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors is partnering with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Environmental Health Tracking Branch to host a virtual conference April 5-6, 2017. The conference will increase awareness and knowledge about the environment’s role in chronic diseases and will highlight collaboration opportunities between the chronic disease community and the Tracking Network.

Track 3:  Tracking in Action for Chronic Disease Prevention
Track 4:  Healthy Air, Healthy You
Track 5:  Health Equity, the Environment and Chronic Disease
Track 6:  Emerging Topics in Chronic Disease

The virtual conference will serve as a venue for collaboration between state leaders, decision makers and practitioners working in environmental health and chronic disease prevention.

It will also serve as a platform to inform state health department chronic disease practitioners of the value and usage of the National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network.
